In the fourth yearly WIMEK - SENSE PhD symposium on March 1, 2012, we aim to gain and exchange knowledge of research that has been carried out by PhD-students and researchers from a wide range of environmental science disciplines.

SENSE organises meetings for its PhD students and researchers. Reports of our meetings, and announcements of the meetings are posted here and in our triweekly newsletter "SENSE e-News".

SENSE organises for PhD students from both SENSE partners and outside of SENSE. SENSE PhD students will earn credits for their PhD requirements.

SENSE research focuses on both the natural sciences and socio-economic fields of environmental research. You can read descriptions of the research projects on this website.
